About Me
As a neuroaffirming therapist, with over three decades of experience working to support people with their mental health and self-development, you can be confident you are in safe hands. . My experience within domestic abuse, neurodiversity, education, and a private healthcare setting, has given me an understanding of a wide range of challenges, including: anxiety, autism, ADHD, low self-esteem, depression, and family issues.

My role as a university lecturer, in a counselling and psychology department, compliments the work I do, helps me to develop as a reflective practitioner, and enables me to keep up-to-date with the latest theory and practice.
