Privacy Policy
I collect your name, contact details, and session notes to deliver safe, effective, and ethical counselling services. The legal basis for processing this data is performance of a contract and the provision of health or social care (Special Category Data)
Storage and Retention
Your records are stored securely using both digital systems (client contact details) and a locked filing cabinet (session notes are anonymised using client codes). I retain your data for 7 years following our final session to comply with professional insurance requirements, after which it is securely destroyed.
Under data protection law, you have the right to access a copy of your data, request corrections, or ask for your data to be deleted under specific circumstances
